A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and acceptance of the rental terms. **Payment and Cancellations** Payments, fees, and taxes are outlined upon booking. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms listed in your booking confirmation. Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation policy provided during reservation. **Occupancy and House Rules** The property accommodates up to 8 guests. Respectful behavior and adherence to quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM) are expected. Pets require prior approval and a pet fee. No smoking indoors or unapproved gatherings permitted. **Liability and Damages** Guests are responsible for damages or rule violations occurring during their stay.
